Signing In:
- Go to xfinity.com and locate the Email or Voice icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Provide your Xfinity ID and password, then proceed to click on “Sign In”.
Navigating Xfinity Connect:
Upon signing in, you’ll be directed to Xfinity Connect, your hub for Comcast email and voicemail services.
Accessing Your Account:
Access your email by clicking on Mail or your voicemail by clicking on Voice.

Managing Your Xfinity Email Settings – My Account Help:
You have the flexibility to modify the email address where you receive Xfinity account alerts and communications. While your comcast.net email is typically set as the default preferred address, you can easily change it anytime.
Adding a Personal Email Address:
Follow these steps to add a personal email address to your account:
- Sign into My Account and navigate to the Users tab.
- Select Edit next to the user for whom you want to add an email address.
- In the Contact Information section, click Add a Personal Email Address.
- Enter and confirm your email address, then click Save.
- A verification link will be sent to validate your new email address, which expires in 72 hours.
Setting Your Preferred Email Address:
To designate a personal email as your preferred address:
- Sign in to My Account.
- Select Edit next to the user whose preferred email you wish to change.
- In the Contact Information section, select the Edit button located within the email area.
- Choose Make this preferred to set your preferred email address, indicated by a gray “Preferred” label.
Remember, your comcast.net email address remains the default preferred address until you update the setting in My Account.
